http://www.infinityward.com/modernwarfare/day1.html

Just 1 more day till the game hit’s most store shelves around the world and we have some new content to tide you guys over through Launch Day-eve.

The video for today is another behind the scenes and under the hood look at Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, walking you through the many layers that go on top of the game to make it look as amazing as it does. There’s a lot of work that goes into the game from when you’re working with simple wire-frame models and environments to texturing and adding special effects to it all to really immerse you guys in the action.

We also have a brand new 3D Screenshot of a US Marine fighting in the Bog as they try to push their way into a near by enemy stronghold.

A new wallpaper from the eye of a sniper and another Soundtrack taken from one of the most pressured moments in the Single Player campaign.

Ok. I asked you if the 2-hit headshots were a design choice or a beta flaw. You told me that this had been addressed and it was a lag issue. Well, having done extensive testing in split-screen, it is clear to me that it was a design choice. What I want to know is why? It basically pulls everyone down to spray for the 3 hit body kill making it feel just more of a point-shoot experience, unlike CoD2 where careful aim is rewarded (i.e. Headshot). You (IW, not you specifically) added a sensitivity slider for some reason, yet ignored the countless threads concerning the headshot issue on CharlieOscarDelta? I thought you were going to listen to community feedback?
